All cheese are great to use in a wide range of recipes. Cheese can be used as a simple ingredient for something like a salad or it can be used as a key part of the main meal, like in our recipe­ Chicken & Double Cream Filo parcels.

Each cheese will act differently in a recipe for many reasons such as the structure of the cheese, the fat content and the flavour.

For example, some might melt easily while others will hold their shape a little more. Some cheeses will be the predominant flavour in a dish while others will enhance the flavour of a recipe with its mild taste.
