Ornelle Camembert 125g A handmade cheese in the French style, with a deliciously full rounded flavour and creamy soft texture. Created in small rounds, it is delicious served in a baked brioche with tomato and orange jam or grilled over asparagus spears. Best served at room temperature as part of a cheeseboard.
Ornelle Brie 125g This Brie has a delicate white rind with a rich creamy soft centre. Ready ripened, it is best enjoyed served at room temperature accompanied by a glass of rich Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. A fabulous addition to a summer salad with sun-dried tomatoes, grilled peppers and olives.
Ornelle Double Cream Brie 250g A Soft ripened, white mould cheese, rich and creamy in colour, texture and flavour. Made in the traditional French style, Ornelle Double Cream Brie surprisingly has less fat than standard cheddar cheese. Enjoy the creamy taste of this Brie over a glass of rich, buttery Chardonnay with strawberries, fresh grapes, apples or walnuts.
Ornelle Double Cream Blue 220g A unique blue cheese boasting a superbly rich and creamy texture, with a distinctive blue, perforated wax jacket which allows it to continue to mature, with mould eventually growing through the perforations to the surface of the wax. A fabulous addition for any cheeseboard!
Ornelle Feta - Plain This robust, Greek style cheese with it's distinctive salty tang is firm yet creamy.
Ornelle Chevre Salade 200g A pure white creamy soft cheese. Softer than Goat Feta and less sharp, Chevre Salade has been specifically developed as a salad cheese and for the health conscious. It has a lower than normal salt content for this style of cheese. Once opened it should be used within a week and kept moist within the whey/brine solution. Unopened it will last for 1 year with the flavour improving over time.
Ornelle Goat Feta 200g A pure white crumbly firm cheese preserved in its natural salted whey solution. Made from 100% goats milk, Goats Feta is sharper and tastier than Cow Feta, without being too strong. Once opened it should be used within a week and kept moist within the whey/brine solution. Unopened it will last for two years with the flavour improving over time.
Ornelle Marinated Feta 350g Tasty Feta marinated in blended olive oil and carefully selected herbs 'n spices. This Feta is best served straight from the marinade accompanied by wholegrain bread or crackers. Great in salads or crumbled on baked potatoes. The marinade can be used on its own, as a dressing or as a flavoured oil for cooking meals.

Ornelle Shaved Parmesan 100g Brine salted for that traditional Italian flavour unique to Parmesan. Ornelle have freshly shaved the Parmesan from the block and sealed it in a recloseable bag so it is ready to add to any meal.
